Returns & Exchanges
We are sure that the girl in your life will love her new Sparkle Farms bloomer shorts, but things happen, like growth spurts. So, we will accept for exchange or refund unused and unwashed bloomers returned within 30 days of original shipment. Bloomers may not be returned without prior authorization from Sparkle Farms. Only the cost of the bloomers will be refunded. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You may email your return request to help@sparklefarms.com. Size exchanges are handled as new orders. Simply order the new item online, and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your return. Please send your package back in a manner that can be tracked (i.e. UPS, FedEx).
